While you are welcome to bring your own signage, we also provide sign holders that can accommodate either vertical or horizontal placement for an 11 x 17 poster.

The only restrictions in our facility pertain to the use of duct tape, nails, screws, command strips, or similar items. However, Gaffers Tape and Painters tape are permitted for use.

The Abilene Convention Center maintains on-site security guards around the clock to uphold building safety. It's important to note that these security personnel are exclusively dedicated to the security of the facility itself and are not intended to serve as event security guards.

For a list of recommended security companies with prior experience at the Abilene Convention Center, please contact your assigned event manager. If you plan to engage an external security company, they must furnish the necessary documentation and obtain approval from the building staff before assuming responsibility for event security.
